Promoting long term saving in a poor household can lead to greater social mobility

My work intends to show how saving can help disadvantaged families incur social mobility in the long run. Children who come from low socioeconomic status backgrounds, when it is time to go onto college can't. This is meant to help them afford college as a result of their savings.
