Preferential investment liberalization under bilateral investment treaties: how to ensure compliance with WTO law?
Technical Report.
Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment, New York, USA.

It discusses how policy-makers may avoid the multilateralization of such bilateral liberalization commitments.
