This summer, UK Culture Minister John Whittingdale launched a public consultation on the Government’s Green Paper on BBC Charter Renewal. Responding to the question on the BBC’s market impact, Claire Enders and Patrick Barwise, writing for Enders Analysis, examine the corporation’s contribution to UK content.
