What EU member states want from the CMU proposals?
The European Commission is publishing its much anticipated Capital Markets Union (CMU) Action Plan today, in the form of a “communication”. That is not a legislative proposal, but it will nonetheless trigger political reactions from the European Parliament (a resolution) and the Council (probably Council conclusions)
