This report presents interim findings of the Foresight project on computer trading. In particular, it considers the costs, risks and benefits of 6 possible regulatory measures which are being considered within the EU’s Markets in Financial Instruments Directive 2 (MiFID II). This working paper was commissioned as part of the Foresight project on the future of computer trading.
