Collective agency: can the state be a group agent?

This poster presents the topic of my PhD thesis. The aim is threefold: First, making clear what the question is. Second, illustrating its relevance and motivating interest. Third, giving an idea of how the question can be answered in a structured way. The target audience is not philosophers but a wider academically interested public.
