The expansion of women's part-time work in modern societies: a new perspective

This article is based on an international comparison regarding the phenomena of the expansion of part-time work among women. It reflects on the fact that, in spite of an almost equal level of education between men and women and the increased participation of women in the working world, significant differences between men and women in salary and employment still exist.
