Journal of Personal Injury Law,
2010(3), C113-C115.
Comments on the Court of Appeal ruling in Kerr v William Morrison Supermarket Plc on whether a trial judge had been entitled to find that a fuel pump nozzle at a petrol station operated by a supermarket was defective and that the supermarket was liable for the serious injuries sustained by a customer when the liquefied petroleum gas escaped and came into contact with his hand whilst he was using the nozzle, which led to injuries similar to frostbite.
