Consommation d'édulcorants intenses et attitudes alimentaires. Résultats d'un pré-test de l'étude

This article presents the results of a study of artificial sweetener use and food attitudes amongst a group of 601 volunteers which was commissioned by the Centre d'Information Scientifique Candérel. It examines differences in attitudes and behaviours between users and non-users of articifical sweetners.
