Omnibus must reaffirm the mainstreaming of sustainability in corporate governance in the EU – not weaken ambition

The EU Omnibus Simplification Package as currently proposed risks weakening corporate accountability, increasing uncertainty and penalising the early adopters in the sustainability transition.
