The President of Pakistan, Mamnoon Hussain, recently signed the 31st Constitutional Amendment Bill into law, giving a green light to the merger between Pakistan's Federal Administered Tribal Area (FATA) and its Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province (KPK).
