Work culture dynamics:barriers to inclusion in India

With the highest population in the world, a steady and growing economy and a large labour force, India is an important economy on the global stage. Yet, a combination of factors — structural and societal — hinders an inclusive work culture and work force to the detriment of both her peoples and organisations.
