Don’t forget I’m human –reducing dementia stigma. The STRiDE Anti-Stigma Toolkit.
London School of Economics and Political Science.
This toolkit originates from the STRiDE project (Strengthening Responses to Dementia in Low and Middle-Income countries). It is rooted in the voices and experiences of people living with dementia and their care partners, and builds on the research evidence generated from the STRiDE project about how to reduce stigma and discrimination. It is a collaborative effort developed by people living with dementia, carers, advocates and researchers involved in STRiDE. This includes the voices of people from Brazil, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Jamaica, Mexico and South Africa, in addition to the UK.
