Do research priorities for mental health actually reflect the goal of fostering well-being?
[['eprint_typename_blog_post' not defined]]
Mental health research is a complex and inherently social field of research that cuts across traditional academic disciplines as varied as biomedical science and education studies. In this post, Wouter van de Klippe, Alfredo Yegros, Tim Willemse and Ismael Rafols discuss their mixed methods research into prioritisation in mental health research, using expert focus groups and bibliometric data to explore how perceptions of where the field should be heading, differ from current research priorities and how different countries have developed different research priorities in this area.
