Can Buhari use electoral reforms to compensate for Nigeria’s anti-corruption efforts?

With a steady decline in trust from citizens and mounting criticism of non-performance, FLCA fellow Dr Uche Igwe suggests that Nigeria’s President can compensate for his failing policies, especially on anti-corruption, by accelerating electoral reforms.
