This contribution aims at depicting the economic evaluation of innovative training at Chinon Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) and discussing the consecutive effect produced on the decision-makers. This evaluation corresponds to the last level of Kirkpatrick’s model (Kirkpatrick & Kirkpatrick, 1994, 2005, 2007): assessment after training of the final resulting performance in real operating situation in terms of productivity, cost or safety. It also includes the Return on Investment (Phillips, 1996).
