Between the terrorism of al-Qaeda in the 1990s and that of the Islamic State, the enemy is no longer the state but the whole of society, armed jihad is no longer the defense of the Islam but the utopia califale, and the strategy is no longer to sponsor actions but to create terrorist careers. It is not the ideological offer that generates a demand, but some social profiles that seize the doctrine to engage in violence
