Eigenvectors of the SO(3,R) matrices

Let R=(rij)∈ SO(3,R). We give several different proofs of the fact that the vector V:=(1r23+r32,1r13+r31,1r12+r21)t if it exists, is an eigenvector of R corresponding to the eigenvalue one.
