This document outlines the need for the NHS to improve its offer as an employer to look after the health and wellbeing of its staff. In doing so we will highlight the reasons for taking action, drawing on the emerging evidence within the NHS Healthy Workforce Programme, whilst also providing specific clarification and support to help introduce the measures in the Health and Wellbeing CQUIN.
