Survival through an ‘age of conflict’: marking the trajectory of a Spanish, Ismaili family during and after La Guerra Civil Española

During The Spanish Civil War, few minority communities existed within Franco’s Catholic Spain; Ashad Ali Haji, an Ismaili Muslim born in India, led one such Shia, Muslim community.
