This repository contains the code used in the analyses performed for "Crop switching reduces agricultural losses from climate change in the United States by half". The analysis uses JAGS 4.3.0, Gurobi Optimizer 9.0.2 (tested with Gurobi versions 8 and 9), and AWASH 2.0. AWASH is run using Julia version 1.1 or higher. The analysis uses R (tested with version 3.4).
